Should your event be a themed gala dinner, perhaps a barbeque in the grounds or a special menu of any kind, you’ll find Engineers’ House conference, room hire & banqueting centre welcomes your suggestions and is happy to meet any requests. We offer a wide variety of excellent, freshly prepared foods for all tastes. Vegetarian options are always provided and other dietary needs can be catered for by prior arrangement. Optional private dining facilities are also available during the evening in other function rooms.

Work Friendly Spaces
No two events are the same. Our meeting rooms are designed to be whatever you want them to be, fully equipped with the latest training aids and audio visual equipment. Comfortable seating and tables can be arranged for small groups and workshop activities, or larger meetings with theatre or classroom style seating. The conference environment is designed for all day comfort. We have considered every aspect, including acoustics, sound proofing, and ample ventilation. All rooms have plenty of natural light. For your convenience many of our facilities are self contained with their own break-out areas where refreshments can be served and delegates can stretch their legs. Engineers’ House is the headquarters of EEF Western, one of twelve regional Associations that together form the largest employers’ organisation in the UK.
Established in 1898, EEF Western has built an enviable reputation in human resources management, promoting best practice throughout the West of England and South Wales.
Support and Advice
Member companies receive general and company specific support on human resources management, employment law and practice – including employment tribunal representation; education and skills; health, safety and environmental issues.
Representation
Together with the national EEF the Association represents the engineering and manufacturing industry’s interests to all those who determine the economic and social conditions in which the industry works.
Information
Members receive information including guide books on employment law and training and development, reports and bulletins on all aspects of employment law and employee relations, health and safety, economic trends, pay surveys and working
conditions.
Management Training
For over 40 years EEF Western has provided specialised training to both members and other businesses. Our management centre has developed an innovative range of training services to increase effectiveness at all levels- from shop floor to boardroom.
